About the Program
Arlington County’s Virginia Insurance Counseling & Assistance Program (VICAP), in partnership with Adult Protective Services and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is recognizing World Elder Abuse Awareness by hosting a virtual COVID-19 presentation. While we are aware that this is normally nationally recognized one day in June (on June 15 for this year), we are collectively highlighting its significance throughout the month.
